You entered a room that came right out of the 60s. but you Never got out. // "Superteen" is an attempt to record our need to return to a nostalgic, "safer" past. It shows our intent to camouflage our weaknesses, insecurities and anxieties, which have become grueling in these difficult years we live in, behind retro, truly intense, colourful pieces of magazines and books with fashion, texture, animal and floral elements. Think of it as a pop surreal cover of a vintage young ladies magazine.
