Flying made me lonely

Up in the clouds, he soars alone, The wind his friend, the sky his throne, He flies so high, he feels so free, But deep down inside, he longs to see A friendly face, a kindred soul, Someone to share in his great goal, But in the vast expanse of sky, He finds himself alone to fly. He wishes for a hand to hold, A heart to share, a love to mold, But until then, he'll take to flight, And soar alone, through day and night.
