City Cinematic: A Winter's Tale

I've always had a fascination with the unpredictable expression of energy. The mesmerizing flicker of a campfire, the cascading currents of a waterfall, the leaps and sparks of improvised language and music. This city holds me with the same hypnosis- the random ebb and flow of traffic, the vibrant rush of lights and sound, the way your life can change depending on what block you decide to walk down. Everyday I'll see a thousand faces I'll never see again, each full of life, each with so many stories just below the surface. I feel the warmth of that energy, the relief of that water, the breadth of that language, all of it- in the breadth and the depth of New York City.
