Mmiri Mara Ugo
The title of this piece is taken from "Mmiri mara ugo sara ugo ahu", which is a popular saying among the Igbo people of South-East Nigeria. It loosely translates to "The rain that beats the eagle washes the eagle." This artwork interprets that with an image of a naked female who steps into the rain gleefully. Limited edition prints of this piece are available at online gallery, Polartics.
