Morning Star

The maternal body endures, it passes through landscapes shaped by centuries of empires, of masculine versions of power. My paintings, whether made digitally or with oil paint on canvas, think about inheritances, survival and, of an architecture of the gaze, of the human looking upon landscape, of looking inward, of looking toward the child. Art defines a space to worship the tangible and intangible. Painted and animated in Procreate, 2022.
