Visit the Humble Administrator's Garden

“Voxel Artwork: Visit the Humble Administrator's Garden” This is the fourth artwork (4/6) in my series “Palettes of Dragon Scale”. Humble Administrator's Garden is a traditional garden in my hometown, Suzhou. The garden is famous for its pond, rockery of unique shapes, and various types of plants. While you are walking in the garden, you will see architecture with gorgeous woodcarving decorations. People usually ignore attractions that are too close to their home as they think, "Oh, it's just near our place, and we can visit it at any time we want." I visited it four years ago, right before I went abroad for university, and this garden became a symbol of home in my memory. It has been over two years since I came back to my hometown last time, so I badly missed my family. I made this scene in my most familiar way — "voxel art" to visualize my memory and tell myself to cherish things that are close to me now.
