Future NFT, Augment Reality

Art is no longer a flat 2D experience, its an immersive phygital one accessing multiple dimensions. Scan the QR code on the front of the book and watch the artwork burst to life with augmented reality. The AR opens into Instagram, pop up the volume and hit the story record button and post it for everyone to experience. The artwork is an adaptation of the Amrita’s work titled “Future NFT Dubai” which she painted to become one of the world’s largest augmented reality mural and the first in the Middle East at Dubai’s Financial Centre the DIFC in Dubai, the UAE. Being the first NFT artist in the UAE this work is of significance as it also uses her signature style of ‘SoundBYTEs’ where she merges sound, art, story telling and technology and this work created new characters to illustrate the arrival of web3, NFTS and the Metaverse in the region. The letters and shapes that pattern the book are her other collection titled ‘The AlphaBYTEs’, where she has created her own language using symbols and then created a physically fractionalised sculpture with each physical slice of the sculpture coming with its own digital NFT twin. Amrita wants to inspire change through art and technology and create a platform for people to create new narratives through words, sound and art.
