Contour

Moments before sunset down on the bottom of Australia at Eucla a few weeks ago driving from East to West. This place feels so far in the middle of nowhere, right on the border of Western Australia / South Australia. I love the interplay between light and shadow on the the natural sculptural shapes of the sand. The last rays of sunlight delicately outline the flowing curves of the dunes sculpted by the relentless wind blasting straight from Antarctica. A magical place in one of the harshest environments.
