The first animation created in this series, it depicts our character starting his journey on this path of growth symbolized by the butterflies surrounding him, as he sits on a tree in the shape of a brain from the side, he looks up in contentment enjoying the atmosphere around him that has an air of lightness and peace, symbolizing the decompression of his mind from the worries that use to fill it, and letting his thoughts flutter freely around him. A representation of our transition between a worried filled compressed and heavy mindset to a liberating and free one. A transition in our modern age between the digital pixels on our screens to the natural ones surrounding us. A transition that is often a life long process that starts with self introspection as one grows older and starts to understand the world around him This artwork is drawn frame by frame on paper, with each movement hand drawn, and colored as well as finalized on photoshop and after effects.
