Whenever an undomesticated dinosaur ventures into a community, the "Emergency Warning Siren" is triggered, letting residents know they should stay indoors and wait for the Prehistoric Wildlife Control Agency (PWCA) to contain the situation. The children have always been instructed to stay away from the windows during these periods, but they tend to ignore the protocol, hoping to catch a glimpse of the magnificent creatures.
