Private Sails / / Waves

Private Sails is a light-hearted visual series that plays on a topic often discussed in the crypto community, about "private sales", and I saw this as an opportunity to exercise a small test release with my collectors, for the purpose of gauging collector preferences. I created "sailing" themed artworks (5 pieces) and gave my collectors the opportunity to choose from digital, digital + physical, or physical only, prior to minting. 'Private Sails / / Waves' was created through a fusion of the artist's original AI/non-AI artworks, fed into Midjourney and combined with prompts to control artistic direction. Curated works were then modified in Photoshop on a wacom tablet through collage, composite, hand-drawn illustration, and overpainting. Waves is the first of the set to be collected, not-anonymously, by Christy (twit: @juubiesaphoenix) who chose the digital original + physical painting.
