THE GUARDIAN ARCHANGEL

Archangel Michael, symbol of strength and tenacity, guides the angels in the fight against devil. Reinterpretation of "The fall of the rebel Angels" (about 1666, oil on canvas by Luca Giordano, Kunsthistorisches Museum of Vienna). I imagined him as Guardian of the tribal borders of the Amazon rainforest. Assisted by a drone, he discovers and drives away the human ignorance personified by Lucifer.
