30 SECONDS IN HEAVEN

A lot can happen in 30 seconds. What if we dedicated 30 seconds of our day to stay in the present? What if we took 30 seconds of our day to appreciate and remind ourselves just how sacred and beautiful our planet is? Those 30 seconds add up and can amount to an abundance of radical change. Change that starts from within. Inspired by the film ‘Gravity’ and its riveting soundtrack by Steven Price, I collaborated with my partner, Braden Pontoli (music and film composer), on this sweeping composition. We wanted the visual to pair with the aural in a harmonious, balanced way as nature would’ve intended. The sonic Electroacoustic arrangement was produced by incorporating wind sound effects, electronic drones and prayer chimes of which were performed in a studio setting.
