There are so many unexpected moments out on the journey to Huzzas, The Southern Ocean is wild. We had set out a little bit later this morning, the sun rising as we rounded the first headland, settling into the long journey down the coast, when two Humpback Whales burst out of the water infront of us, then proceeded to play for the next five minutes until settling, and we continued our journey. It was such an intense moment, trying to make sure I didn't get landed on or get too close, get the camera out and make a moment, while trying to take in the gravity of what was happening, well before we had got to our intended location.
