Tempest

What seemed like a matter of moments, was all it took to go from clear daylight to almost complete darkness as a sudden wind change turned what I thought was a safe vantage point into uncertainty. This image was taken shortly before Earth V as daylight had turned to crimson night. A lone tree in a paddock, the cleared land offering a false sense of security while the inability to breathe forced an immediate retreat to higher ground. Earth is a showcase of imagery along my journey with a camera on this planet we call home. One of a kind moments that haven’t seemed to fit anywhere, but as a collection, fit together perfectly.
