Meditation

Meditation brings my focus back to me. Where I've given myself away too much, where I'm stuck in emotions and past events. Meditation is like an upgrade. The focus from the outside returns inward. You hear yourself again. You observe your body. You breathe through your feet, your spine, your navel. For the Japanese, consciousness is located in the navel area. We live life too much with our heads. We make love, art, and life too much with our heads, not our bodies. Meditation helps us remember other secret chambers within ourselves.
