FORGET

When people leave, their memories have a half life. They linger until you have forgotten their voice, their face, and eventually the way they made you feel. A composited image shot in 2024 in central Michigan, this artwork creates a physical manifestation of the passage of time and the fading of memories, especially those we thought we would have forever.
