(B) Inactive Users
Users who have not been active in six (6) months or more are presumed to have abandoned their account. The Company has the absolute right to delete or modify inactive users without notice, but may provide notice as a matter of courtesy. You are an inactive user if you have not conducted any transactions on the SuperRare Site, collected any NFTs, or otherwise initiated any transaction involving the Protocol for a period of six (6) months.
