Son Goku, born Kakarot, is a male Saiyan and the main protagonist of the Dragon Ball metaseries created by Akira Toriyama. In this drawing I have created a depiction of Goku under the Super Saiyan form, on his cloud and symbolically around the Dragon (of the balls). Super Saiyan is an advanced transformation assumed by members and hybrids of the Saiyan race with sufficient amounts of S-Cells in the Dragon Ball franchise. The ability to become a Super Saiyan was once considered to be nothing but a legend, as it had not been performed for over one-thousand years.
