Aqua Marine

In the early afternoon I piloted my jetski against the gale force easterly winds blowing the jetski like a sail towards this impact zone. Without scale its hard to understand what I was looking at through the camera viewfinder in this moment. Each time I revist this photograph, I understand that I was standing upright on my jetski shooting this while driving with this wave towering over me. This afternoon was at times frustrating, terrifying, exhausting but ultimately some of the most incredible waves Ive ever seen in my life.
