A pioneering generative art collection created in 2020 by Han, exploring three-dimensional space through code and blockchain.
CryptoCubes, created in 2020 by Han, is a pioneering generative art collection that explores three-dimensional space through code and blockchain. The collection features 256 unique sculptures derived from cubes, each defined by distinct generative parameters.
Recognized as a foundational 3D generative project, CryptoCubes stands as an example of early onchain avant-garde, shaping a generation of artists exploring spatial computation, form and permanence in digital culture.
CryptoCubes entered the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA).

Han Saglam is a generative artist whose work merges algorithmic systems and smart contract logic through a minimalist visual language. Since 2020, he has been a leading figure in onchain art, best known for CryptoCubes, a pioneering 3D generative collection that introduced a new symbolic approach to spatial form in the digital realm.
His practice centers on the relationship between the seen and the unseen—how structure, code, and systems shape perception. Since 2020, he has explored the idea of the artwork as a program that exists beyond space: a self-contained entity that transcends medium, location, and display context. He proposes a post-internet sensibility, one in which identity, presence, and form are not bound to physical reality.
Han's works are held in prominent permanent collections, including LACMA and Dataland Museum, and have exceeded estimated valuations in major auction houses such as Sotheby’s and Christie’s.
