Reflection of a Precog’s face in the pool water, on a summer day, while one is floating and other is reading the poem “Do not go gentle into that good night” by Dylan Thomas: Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Though wise men at their end know dark is right, Because their words had forked no lightning they Do not go gentle into that good night. Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight, And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way, Do not go gentle into that good night. Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light. Rage, rage against the dying of the light. - - - - - Twenty years after its release, the futuristic thriller “Minority Report” remains a fascinatingly immersive movie as we continue to grapple with tech’s pervasive and too often insidious influence. The story centers around three characters, called Precog mutants or simply Precogs, who have the ability to see crimes before they happen. Precogs are beings who are partly biological, partly digital. WHA's inspiration began by trying to find answers to the question: What if... with the extinction of their jobs the 3 Precogs are moved to a rural cottage where they continue their lives in freedom and peace? This Genesis Series at SuperRare x MOCA space, constituted by 3 artworks (Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good Night), reflect what the lives of the three Precogs could be in that future, in a regular summer at their home, in an "undisclosed location". Each artwork was produced using Artificial Intelligence as a collaborative tool, after the input artworks were created with author’s creation method and generative process as well. All scenarios and plots of each one of the pieces are creations by WHA emphasizing the human side of the Precogs. WHA - preserve our humanity
