The Aztec-USNA Trade Agreement, 1813

In the 16th century, the Aztecs expelled the Spanish from their territories, which inspired other emerging nations in the Americas to form alliances with native nations. The British colonies followed suit and integrated North American nations into their political structures, eventually leading to the formation of the United States of Native America (USNA) in 1790. The USNA sought alliances with other nations, including the Neo-Aztec Empire. In this photo, Aztec Emperor Quetzalcoatl II and the 5th president of the United States of North America (USNA), Ouray Walker, are seen during their official meeting. Walker, being of Ute-British ancestry knew how to speak Nahuatl, making the conversations more fluid. The commercial agreement that was reached during this meeting played a crucial role in the development of both countries. The occasion was celebrated with great dignity and elaborate protocol. This official photo is considered to be inaugural. After the documents were signed, the USNA-Aztec alliance became the most powerful trade and military alliance, dominating the global scene from the 1850s onwards.
