The Light

Each day as I am walking, I come upon a sign. I see I have, two paths in front, And millions more behind. The sign l clearly read. It shows both left and right, I’m drifting off..the ground is clean, So I lay there for the night. I’m woken in the morning, By my friend, who’s rather bright. He nudges, with a gentle glow. Then wraps me in his light. I’ve done this many time’s Both right and left, I’ve gone. But every day I’m here again, What am I doing wrong? Success is hard to hold, Away, it’s always, been. I will touch it, when it’s close but miss it, yet again. Is the answer on the surface? Is it ever good to dig? Can it really be so easy? Put in less, to make it big? I probably could keep going, And searching, never stopping, Maybe I should just let go, Get to moving with the dropping. /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// imagery and poetry by Brandon Walsh (https://superrare.com/brandonwalsh) enhanced w/ Photoshop Ai and sparked by the definition of community in this space /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// /// ///
