Florencia S.M. Brück is an artist that uses various painting tools like AI, VR sculpting, 3D painting, photographic programs and modeling tools, as well as 2D digital painting techniques. Through mixing traditional artworks and these new technologies I’m looking to develop new creative processes that bring new meaning into our contemporary context. Her NFT Collection entitled "Being Human" focuses on the expression of aesthetics in a futuristic setting, using generative adversarial networks style language that is inspired by the painterly art of the Renaissance and Baroque tradition. She creates surreal, dreamlike imagery with a trans-human longevity narrative. The artworks also exist in real life as a canvas where the artists intervenes the images with metallic inks. Technological advances introduced artificially into some humans should not annul their fundamental human qualities. The portraits are conceived as ontological openings, perhaps to travel new paths or return to places that we have abandoned.
