Yves Klein, a incredible French artist, is in my opinion the one who most embodies the immaterial, the intangible in art.
He would have been a such fantastic artist in the days of the NFTs.
Just before dying at the age of 34 from a heart attack, Yves Klein confided to a friend: “I am going to enter the largest workshop in the world. And I will only do intangible works there ”.
For this piece NFT stands for New French Touch, I was inspired by his piece Saut dans le vide (Leap in the void) and the publication in the Dimanche newspaper in October 1960.
Today, for sure, he would have headlined the front page of the newspaper with The NFT du Vide.
It is perhaps not useless to point out that at the site of le Saut dans le vide (the Leap in the void) there is, since 1992, a chapel dedicated to Saint Rita, the saint of lost causes.
merci infiniment à LuluxXX who accepted her CryptoKiki in the Dimanche newspaper.
