How we occupy space, how we transform it, how, in fact, we create it: The making of a work of art is a ritual. Sorcery perhaps. And such creation confronts us with endless parameters. They are necessary. We use them. It is the only way to bring from infinity what we desire, to give form to fantasy. Behind that free choice, that powerful gesture, is geometry. The ordering force that connects everything in a vertex. The very tip of the pyramid. To assemble and disassemble, to create and destroy. To create, finally, is to order capriciously. Joaquinvismarax and Lookattheparkinglot met thanks to the cryptoart ecosystem. Thatwas the starting point of an exercise of collaboration and joint evolution, and it was during that process that they found out that not only they both lived in Buenos Aires but that part of their lives were spent in the same city in the suburbs. As the final goal of a symbiotic scheme, Ritual Geometry took shape. Artistic creation, when it is done by two, builds a language different from the particular one. Each artist puts a part of himself and accesses the other's initiatives. And there may be a point at which this exchange becomes naturalized in such a way that there are no longer two voices in dialogue but only one. Understanding, that point of unsurpassable artistic communion. The union of all the guidelines. Two artists; two friends; a single voice. The result is unique.
