Tank Fish

Hybrid between fish and tank, this new marine creature is a metaphor for the current condition of our oceans. In 2018, in his sculptural version it was the protagonist of an environmental awareness project. The sculpture was abandoned at sea on free navigation for seven days. The artist's community was able to follow its movements thanks to an integrated GPS. The adventure to recover the Tank Fish was supported by several international media, making the message clear; bring plastic back to earth. Its digital reinterpretation tells it in the future as a protected species, a sign of the archeology of our times.
