The Ascent of Existence

Imagine, the most significant moments throughout your lifetime, flashing before your eyes. I present to you “The Ascent of Existence”, a SuperRare Genesis collaboration, being one of the very few Motion Graphics art pieces on this platform. The focus of this piece is to highlight the collective shared memories of our common human experience. The concept of reliving the events of your life from before you die is a phenomenon referred to as Life Review Experience (LRE). Various scientific studies validate that participants have felt the pervasiveness of this occurrence. Starting at the birth of life, traveling through the portal of existence into childhood, where we are most protected from harm and sheltered from evil. Then into the teenage years, where we were constantly being forced to realize and choose our life paths, simultaneously. The harsh reality of making major grown-up life decisions, at a time when are still growing up. The journey continues onto adulthood, the stage of growing older and realizing that at this exact moment in our lifetime, all that we have left to ponder are reflections of memories and life choices we have made. Just like in life, the project ends with the inevitable end or death. The stage that every person must go through, at least until the carbon that makes up who we are, infinitely loops into the next life.
