The Great Calamity

Artwork for the band Challenger Deep out of Atlanta, GA. Challenger Deep is a 4-piece instrumental prog-rock group. They contacted me about doing this in 2019. It was created in a span of about 80hrs. After the piece was finished the band asked that I hide a few easter eggs in the artwork. These include: Tentacles coming out of a backpack, crab holding a drumstick, SS Challenger Deep on the submarine, Kraken appearing in the background, a guitar, a broken snare, and a tombstone.
