AfterThought

As an artist, my emotions and insecurities have a powerful impact on my creative journey and have been haunting me since day one. They drive my creativity, allowing me to express genuine emotions through my art. However, they also bring self-doubt. Since I was 14, I have found comfort in immersing myself in my art. This has made me isolate from others, which has made things challenging. I started being alone, making art, staying awake until 4 am, doing what brought me comfort. It was within this struggle that the beauty of creating something meaningful happened. This space allowed me to be the true person I am, and everyone embraced me and my vulnerabilities, and that is something no one will ever take away from me. It may take years, but I will find my way in this space. It was the first to give me a chance, and I have no doubts that it was what brought me back from the darkness of my room.
