the moon

a 3D animation exploring our desire to give shape to the unknowable. reflecting the deeply human impulse to soften what is distant, to turn vastness into metaphor, to make sense of what we cannot touch. throughout time, the moon has been everything to us, a symbol of illusion and intuition, a cold celestial object, a character in our earliest stories. we project ourselves onto it to feel a little less alone in the universe.
