Digital painting.
I worked on this over several weeks, redoing it over and over again.
How does it feel? That feeling kept morphing.
How does it feel? I follow the tug of my heart, but my brain seeks control.
How does it feel? My fingers have gone numb and the inside of my stomach feels like it's floating away.
Feelings or a feeling is hard to put into digital format without the tactile feel of a pencil or a brush on a physical surface. Strokes from my hand don't turn up the same as they will the old traditional way.
This was a challenging piece, in trying to portray a certain subjective feeling through a clinical medium. After many attempts, I am finally satisfied.
