The Space in Between

Taken on a beautiful evening in the heart of Rome, Italy. It had been a few days after my first ever Iceland Workshop, which had been a dream of mine for many years and the focal point of my first ever edition on the blockchain, “A Promise Kept”. After a stressful, yet successful photography workshop, My business partner John and I decided last minute to catch a flight to Italy. We would spend hours roaming the streets eating incredible food and going through rolls of film faster than I thought was possible. This one in particular was special. My grandparents took a trip to Italy together shortly before my grandmothers passing. I remember watching this elderly couple walk down the street, showering eachother with affection as if they were young teens in their honeymoon phase. I remember how vividly it took me back to picking them up from the airport, listening to all their stories. Its been 10 years since she passed, but every time I come back to this piece, that little piece of her she left with me reminds me its still right there.
