Story Behind the Art:
This piece is about the moment I began to see my mind not as broken, but reprogrammed. After my brain injury, I spent years trying to understand why my thoughts worked differently. Over time, I realized that maybe my brain had simply rewritten itself — that the patterns, the memories, the strange rewiring were all part of a new design.
The Algorithmic Monad became my way of making peace with that transformation. The pyramid is awareness built on logic and mystery, while the brain represents the living code that keeps rewriting itself to survive. It is both divine and mechanical, human and infinite, forever looping between meaning and memory. Gifted at Marfa 2025.
