RAID- the most experimental piece in the collection when it comes to style and overall character design. the mask design blends in two popular Japanese folklore and elements together to build something unique but overall recognizable- the furious demon tengu- also paying respect to a piece of media that might take the praise as one of the best animated movies of our time "AKIRA" by translating some of the elements in the iconic bike used by the main character kaneda in the movie. this piece just shows how much i can spin on design elements and approaches while still creating a character so relatable and easy to the eyes.
