A Long Forgotten Feeling

Vagabond | Noun: a person who wanders from place to place without a home or job. | In November 2023, I moved out of my apartment in Denver, Colorado to spend an undetermined period of time trying to see as much of the world as possible. I spent time driving through Colorado, Montana, Mexico, and other various locations. The pinnacle of this period, however, was spending 3 months exploring various parts of Europe with no real agenda. During my time there, I had no real "home," no determined source of income, and felt like I had no clear direction in my life, which turned into being the freest I have felt in a long time. Although it was stressful and a bit frightening, constantly staring into the unknown, it was one of the best periods of my life so far. Temporarily unburdened by the day-to-day stressors of “real” life that I had become used to, I spent this period exploring and photographing scenes from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, France, and more. It was the most present I have ever felt without constantly worrying about my future. This series aims to showcase the beauty of European cities and landscapes while exemplifying a sense of true freedom and never-ending adventure. Each piece with a winning bid of 0.15 ETH or over will come with a signed physical fine art print. Location: Porto, Portugal Camera: Leica M6 Film: Portra 400
