No digital glitching. A year ago, more or less, a close friend of mine found this unknown optical filter inside a tft panel. I suppose it was used to make the light someway uniform inside it. So I've done this experiment with my image scanner, following the movement of it with a neon lamp and moving also this unknown filter on one of my stampworks. I've only constrasted a bit the image.
