Part of the mandala series, this is within the Poseidon etho's. I chose to have the images animate as fast as possible because at the time I was not able to grasp onto one thought and this helped in calming me down. Also I've always gravitated to the water and ocean, which has tremendous healing powers. Many different types of water out there too. Lakes, oceans, seas, rivers, all recommended.
