The water is gone. As if someone has changed the settings in my mesh. We are taking a walk at the local cemetery. “I´m Iona, Iona Apples” I say. “I´m Kasper Knigge”. Silence. Around us, in the indentations of the stones at the graves, water has found its rest. I look at him. The air is fresh and has a wonderful smell. I have this warm sensation in my whole body. But also. I feel discomfort. “I´m a bit confused” I say “where exactly did we meet? I know this sounds horrible, but I have no memory of last night.” He looks at me, then smiles. “Does it matter? We are both here now, at this beautiful cemetery, look this might be where I will be buried or you, some day, so…” I stop listening. All those graves. Once, by coincidence, I stumbled upon the day of the memory of death kids at a cemetery much like this. All the kids parents had summoned their alter egos, in all their cheap looking glitchy dark skins and were lightening candles for their dead children. Small coffins with candles. Like a sea of light. It wasn’t my call. I think I had come there by mistake, but I couldn’t stop thinking how beautiful the scenery was. The digital flow of bad rendered candlelight. I shake my head. “Let’s go home Kasper, I´m cold.”
