We're rapidly moving into a world where we are hyperconnected through all sorts of devices. Staying focussed is a problem when we disconnect from who we are.
By painting and creating I try to stay in contact with who I am. I want to share this focus and concentration through my work. And maybe give a "place" for people to feel this too.
This GIF is based on an oil painting I've made in 2019. The actual and complete title is : "In the City of the Future it is difficult to Concentrate" which comes from a song from Radiohead.
The imagery is based on finds from the internet. Interpreted in my own way with my own paint.
The painting is 40cm x 30cm on wood with round edges. Get in contact I've you'd like the buy the real painting.
