This body is something we borrowed and something we will give back one day. It is not us yet it belongs to us.
We may not be in our best shape or not even be able to walk, doesn´t matter because our existence is way beyond our physicality. We are one with the piece of earth we "walk" on, how we "walk" determines our experience of life!
