As much as I'd like to retcon some inspiration for this specific artwork, be it that one eyed cyclops villain in One Punch or the weeping angels in Doctor Who, this one was actually just me finding a pattern in my last artwork ("Colorful Anomaly") that I just *could not* resist exploring !
Made during a train trip back home to see the family, this piece can, I guess, be related to my feelings about the loss of our friend. though I think it's probably more of an on-the-spot inspiration.
