Yes, our government experimented ruthlessly on unsuspecting people using hallucinogenic drugs, torture (including electroshock, sensory deprivation, and verbal and sexual abuse), and more, and kept this secret for decades. The totally uncontrolled and ultimately worthless experiments ruined people’s lives and achieved essentially nothing.
