Sisterly Bond

Sisterly bond is a declaration of love and a dedication to a special person in my life who has consistently been there for me through life's challenges. Always offering support, she helped me rebuild the metaphorical castle of cards after each setback. In acknowledging her unwavering dedication and enduring love, I recognize her as a brave soldier who has faced countless battles and setbacks, demonstrating resilience and teaching me that it's okay not to be okay. Through our connection, we have shared profound moments, such as singing in a now forgotten room on the third floor in high heels, discovering ourselves in the reflections of each other. During times when energy was scarce, we held hands and mutually respected each other's silence, providing the strength we individually lacked. At our core, we share a sense of belonging. Sisters, we will reunite soon, and when we do, it will feel as if only a fleeting moment has passed since we last embraced in the winter wind. Our relationship is surrounded by nostalgia, by transparent architectures that emerge from the water or, like chandeliers, descend upon us without ever touching us.
