A mediator is a neutral and impartial professional who intervenes in a conflict between two or more parties to facilitate communication and help them find a mutually agreed solution. They do not make decisions or impose solutions, but rather act as a facilitator of dialogue, guiding the negotiation process so that the parties themselves reach an agreement that satisfies their interests.
