One of my favorite things to do and enjoy is a walk at night near the ocean. It's hard to describe how it feels, but it makes you appreciate the moment.
First, you might get these fears because it's natural to you when you can't hear or see far. Hearing the waves crash in the total darkness surrounding you is a place you can feel alive. If you let go of the fear, you can enjoy the moment.
