TOTEM - Melkio
The work "Totem" is a journey into children’s imagination through the language of Narrative Pop Art.
Through an eye, symbol of the portal that separates the real world from that of imagination, the spectator enters a universe of fantastic stories and imaginary characters in a continuous flow of meetings and appearances.
All the elements present in the work, as well as their stories, were developed and painted on canvas by Dynamo’s children and then animated by the artist.
Totem is an invitation to train ourselves to seek for wonder every day through the incredible medium of fantasy.
