The State
After awakening, something begins to move.
MOVEMENT is the moment when awareness stops being an observation and becomes an impulse. You have seen something within yourself, and now life begins to ask you to move with it.
For me, movement is trust.
Trusting the unknown. Trusting intuition. Trusting that I do not always need to understand where I am going before taking the next step.
The Inner Process
Once I started becoming more conscious of myself, I also became more aware of how much energy I had spent trying to control the direction of my life.
Movement came from letting some of that control go.
I began to understand that transformation does not happen by forcing ourselves into a new version of who we think we should be. It happens when we allow ourselves to respond to what is already changing inside us.
There is resistance, of course.
There are moments when the mind wants certainty, while something deeper is asking for movement.
So I learned to listen differently.
To my body. To my emotions. To intuition. To the strange coincidences, encounters and changes in direction that make life feel less like a straight path and more like a current.
The Visual Language
MOVEMENT is about flow.
The painting emerges through gestures that do not fully belong to intention or control. Color becomes energy in motion, while layers collide, overlap and redirect one another.
I wanted the work to feel alive, as if the painting itself were caught in the middle of becoming.
There is no fixed center.
There is no perfectly controlled gesture.
The movement creates its own language.
In this phase, the canvas becomes less a surface to control and more a space to surrender to.
The Journey
MOVEMENT follows the awareness of AWAKENING.
Once you begin to see yourself differently, your relationship with the world begins to change too.
You start moving toward experiences, places, people and versions of yourself that you could not have planned from where you started.
For me, movement has always been deeply connected to living. Traveling, creating, exploring, changing environments, following curiosity, returning to nature, meeting people and allowing experiences to transform me.
The journey does not unfold because I know the way.
It unfolds because I keep moving.
Closing Thought
Once you awaken, staying still is no longer the same as being at peace.
Sometimes peace is learning to move with the current.
