The State
After everything has been shaken, there comes a quieter kind of transformation.
INTEGRATION is the moment when I stop trying to separate the parts of myself and begin to understand that they all belong to the same story.
The light and the shadow. The past and the present. The wounds and the lessons. The strength and the vulnerability.
Nothing needs to disappear for me to become whole.
The Inner Process
For a long time, I thought growth meant leaving certain versions of myself behind.
Now I see it differently.
Some parts of us do not need to be abandoned. They need to be understood.
Integration has meant learning to sit with my contradictions instead of constantly trying to resolve them. To accept that I can be strong and sensitive, restless and still, deeply connected to the world and still searching for where I belong.
It has also meant reconnecting with the parts of myself that existed before I knew how to protect them.
The inner child.
The instinct.
The curiosity.
The ability to simply be present.
Art became one of the places where these different parts could meet without having to compete.
The Visual Language
INTEGRATION is built through coexistence.
Layers overlap without completely erasing what came before them. Different gestures, textures and colors occupy the same space, creating a visual language where contrast becomes connection.
Nothing exists alone.
The marks speak to one another. Some are soft, others disruptive. Some feel intentional, others instinctive.
Together, they form something that none of them could express separately.
This is how I understand integration: not as perfect harmony, but as learning how to let different truths exist inside the same body.
The Journey
After AWAKENING, MOVEMENT and TRANSFORMATION, I arrive at a different understanding of change.
I do not need to become someone completely new.
I need to become more fully myself.
The experiences that shaped me, the places I have lived, the people I have encountered, the things I have lost, the things I have created and the things I am still learning all become part of the same landscape.
Integration is where the journey turns inward again, but this time without rejection.
I gather what remains.
I make space for all of it.
And I continue.
Closing Thought
Wholeness is not having all the pieces figured out.
It is learning to love the person they create when they exist together.
